I welcome you to my first simple tutorial. We will discuss how to create 3D text and then to visualize the words building a simple study, lighting and rendering setup.


first Firstly, create a text of the curve which then pulled into the space. We walk into the modifier panel and it will select the Text tool (Create / Shapes / text). In the parameters tab, you set the size and value in the text fields with your name we can write our text. If we are satisfied with the settings, click in the viewport and pull a mouse. This creates a text from our curves.

7th Create your 2 vray light (Create / Lights / Vray / VrayLights) type of plane and then they turn around each other so that they point to our text. Both lights on the set parameter value to fourth Multiplier The left light will add color to the color parameter (RGB 230, 235, 255) and right (RGB 255, 246, 230)


8th You add one more light so filling (fill). Then set the parameters Multiplier 2, color (RGB 255, 255, 255) and tick invisible (not visible to the camera but the light will be shed).


9th Add the camera to the viewport from the menu Create / Cameras / Vray / PhysicalCam


10th Switch to the camera view using the keyboard "c" and use the tool Orbit Camera, Camera and Dolly Roll Camera we have absolutely the bottom right you have to set our sight on the final text.
Let your camera and go into the modifier panel. F-number parameter changed to the value (4.0) ensures us brighter render. Turn off choice of exposure and also you can disable the vignetting - darkening the edge of the picture.


11th We walk into the material editor "M" and create a new VrayMTL. Set the Diffuse color of his base (RGB 240,240,240) and apply it to our text and screen.


12th As a final set of rendering the final image. We walk to the rendering settings "F10" and now the first in the Common tab we can set the resolution to 960 x 360th Move to the bookmarks tab Vray and V-Ray:: Image sampler (Antialiasing) parameter set Image sampler type to Adaptive DMC and Antialiasing filter to Catmull - Rom - will provide us with sharp renderings (pictures). In V-Ray tab: Adaptive DMC image sampler set the parameters for SubDivs Min 4 and Max SubDivs to 16 gives us eliminate dark spots in renderings.
